Pacific Coast Dog Rescue is
a non-profit organization founded in 1998 and dedicated to
helping end the overwhelming pet overpopulation problem in
Southern California and beyond. We have a facility in Burbank,
CA, which is licensed to hold 90 dogs and is always full. If
you have found a dog, or have a dog who needs a new home, please
check our Outreach Adoption program.
Our dogs are rescued from "death
row" at city and county shelters, from a life abandoned
on the streets, and from other situations of neglect and cruelty.
While in our care, each dog is given the love and attention
they need to be adopted into a new permanent home. Each dog
is spayed or neutered, given vaccinations and other medical
treatment when required, groomed, well fed, exercised, trained
to be housebroken and socialized so he or she will be prepared
for life with a loving family. So far, we have found homes
for over 1,750 dogs. With your help, we can rescue and find
new homes for even more dogs in the future.
