Casper was rescued from death row at the South Central Shelter after a plea was sent out to save him. Casper's moniker was the "No Hope Staffie".. At the time of his rescue, Casper weighed only 22 pounds; his age was estimated to be 1 and 1/2 years old. Despite his sad beginnings and emaciated state Casper loved people and seemed to love life. After a few months of food, treats and a lot of hiking, Casper became the most beautiful, attentive, acrobatic dog. This dog can do flips, hang upside down and jump like a pogo stick!
Casper is so proud of his new-found agility and physique and we are just as thrilled for him! Because Casper was never socialized with other dogs,we'd like him to go to a person or persons where he is the only dog. No cats please. This dog is pure love and will change your life!
